At Reiki Dog Training, our signature dog training approach combines the relationship-centered energy of Reiki with science -based, reward-based training and positive reinforcement. By nurturing both the dog and the human connection, I help create greater understanding, trust, and clear communication between dogs and their humans. My mission is to foster a deeper, more harmonious relationship where both dog and human feel understood, connected, and empowered.

Service Description:
Your dog will receive positive reinforcement training in the following:

Potty training.

Impulse control and calm behavior.

Mitigate mouthing/biting.

Socialization with other dogs in our pack.

Teach basic obedience for public spaces.
Three basic obedience behaviors will be introduced per 7 day stay:
Wait • Go to Place • Stay • Touch • Sit • Down • Come • Loose Leash Walking • Mitigate Reactivity on Leash.

Select up to two behaviors that your dog will learn during their Board and Train stay.

Hello fellow dog parent,
I’m Kelli Kendal, proud dog and cat mom to my sweet Petunia and Pal, respectively. I'm a California native, from the Bay to LA.
Beyond caring for my own beloved fur babies, I've found my life's purpose in helping dogs and their humans understand one another on a deeper level. Since I was a kid, I've had a soulful connection to dogs. At five years old I was bringing stray dogs home- and I'll never forget the time I was standing in my driveway, saddened because the stray dogs were alone and scared. I said to my five year old self, "I want to help people love and understand all the dogs in the world."
Today, I am a dog behavior specialist and certified human and animal Reiki practitioner, I bring together two powerful worlds: science-based dog training and intuitive, relationship-centered energy work. This unique combination is the foundation of my signature training methodology.

My signature dog training methodology combines the relationship-centered energy of Reiki with science-based, reward-based training and positive reinforcement.
Rather than focusing solely on obedience, I look at the relationship as a whole: helping your dog learn, helping you understand your dog, and creating a shared language that allows you to communicate with clarity and confidence.
My mission is simple:
To foster understanding and communication between dogs and their humans.
Because when we understand what our dogs are communicating, we can respond with greater compassion, clarity, and intention. And when a dog feels understood, trust and connection naturally grow. Through this work, my hope is to inspire greater awareness and understanding of dogs among humankind, so that all dogs around the world are met with compassion and respect.

When your dog stays with me, I'm fully comitted to their safety, health, emotional well-being, and training progress- while makiing the experinece fun and enriching.
My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing that your pup is receiving attentive, personalized care and thoughtful training in a nurturing environment.
But the training doesn't end when your dog comes home.
One of the most important parts of my work is helping you understand what your dog has learned and how to carry those skills into everyday life. I translate your
dog's training into a language you can confidently use at home, so you can continue building trust, communication, and a deeper connect long after their stay with me.
Because ultimately, I'm not just training dogs.
I'm helping dogs and their humans learn how to understand each other.
And that is the heart of my work.
